Northland Kia is looking for an organized, motivated, and creative Internet Sales & Social Media Manager.

Responsibilities:
Manage and distribute incoming internet leads.
Monitor lead response, follow-up, and CRM activity.
Hold sales staff accountable for working their leads.
Follow up on missed and aged leads and help generate appointments.
Create engaging Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and video content.
Photograph and video vehicles, deliveries, promotions, and dealership events.
Promote dealership inventory, specials, and events online.

Qualifications:
Organized, self-motivated, and sales-focused.
Solid communication and people skills.
Creative and comfortable creating video/social content.
CRM and automotive sales/BDC experience is an asset.

Compensation: $3,500–$5,000+ per month based on experience and performance.
