We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team!

Are you an experienced automotive Service Advisor who knows how to take care of customers, keep a busy shop organized, and work effectively with technicians?

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, has strong automotive knowledge, and understands what it takes to keep a service department running smoothly.

The Chance

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the primary point of contact between our customers and our technicians. You’ll help customers understand their vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs, provide accurate recommendations and estimates, and ensure the entire service experience runs smoothly from check-in to pick-up.
Previous Service Advisor experience is required
Providing friendly, skilled service to every customer
Listening to customer concerns and accurately identifying their service needs
Recommending appropriate maintenance and repair services
Preparing and explaining estimates and invoices
Communicating repair recommendations clearly and confidently
Coordinating with technicians to ensure an efficient workflow




Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
Managing appointments and daily shop workflow
Following up on declined or recommended repairs
Robust automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confident ability to recommend necessary repairs and maintenance
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

The right person will be an experienced Service Advisor who genuinely enjoys working with customers and understands that great service is about more than just selling repairs.

You’re confident talking about vehicles, comfortable recommending necessary work, organized enough to keep a busy day moving, and committed to making sure customers feel informed and taken care of.
