Job Overview
.Seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Property Assistant. This role involves assisting with general property upkeep including lawncare and gardening. The ideal candidate will have a robust interest in working outdoors in property maintenance with the ability to operate various tools and equipment effectively. This position is hands-on work within property management, landscaping, and construction projects.

Responsibilities
Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including gardening,, pruning, and lawn care.
Operate machinery such as zero turns, trimmers and blowers.
Use hand tools and power tools.
Assist with outdoor cleanup, debris removal, and seasonal landscaping projects

Requirements
Experience or familiarity with Stihl trimmers ,hedge trimmers and blowers and hand tools and general mechanical knowledge is preferred
Knowledge of gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenanceis a plus




Basic understanding of construction practices and property maintenance procedures
Ability to operate equipment safely and follow safety protocols at all times
Solid physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
Prior experience in landscaping or property maintenance is desirable, but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed
Valid driver’s license preferred.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop skills in property maintenance while contributing to the upkeep of beautiful outdoor spaces.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
