Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain annual operating and capital budgets




Assist with financial reporting packages for leadership

Complete reconciliations for property operating costs
Support dual currency financial consolidation processes

Requirements:
Accounting experience of at least 2 years
Robust Microsoft Excel proficiency
Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
Familiarity with Sage 50 is a plus
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks independently
