Landscape Maintenance Team Member

Leduc’s Snow Removal & Landscaping is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance Team Member to join our crew. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working outdoors, and is prepared to work long days during the busy season.

Zero-turn mower experience is strongly preferred. The successful candidate must also be comfortable towing an equipment trailer and working independently when required.

Key Responsibilities
Operate zero-turn mowers and other landscape-maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
Complete mowing, trimming, edging, litter pickup, lot sweeping, cultivating, and seasonal cleanups
Use hand tools and power tools to trim, prune, and shape plants and shrubs
Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as required
Water lawns, gardens, and plant material as needed
Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and unwanted growth from beds and lawn areas
Assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects as directed
Maintain a clean, qualified appearance at every client property
Help keep company equipment,



trailers, and work areas clean, organized, and secure

Qualifications
Previous lawn maintenance or landscaping experience is preferred
Zero-turn mower experience is an asset
Ability to safely pull and maneuver an equipment trailer
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in lawn and landscape maintenance
Robust attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
Ability to work independently, follow direction, and contribute positively to a team
Physically capable of lifting, carrying, bending, and working outdoors for extended periods
Willing and able to work long hours in hot weather when required
Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and committed to excellent customer service

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 45.0 per week
