Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, loading and unloading materials, and setting up work areas
Support skilled tradespeople by delivering tools, materials, and equipment as needed
Perform general manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials
Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and efficiency
Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision when required
Assist with site inspections and report any hazards or issues promptly
Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong attention to safety procedures and guidelines
Positive communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
Previous experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
