The ideal candidate enjoys a rapid-pace hospitality position to greet and provide exceptional customer service to our dedicated and loyal clientele. Must have solid communication and organizational skills and enjoy working with the public in a large team workplace. This full-time position includes a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts.
Front desk spa coordinators answer calls, book appointments, cash clients and support service providers.
Minimum of 3 years customer service experience required.
1 year of reception experience preferred.
