Responsibilities
Perform skilled haircuts, trims, coloring, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
Engage with clients through active communication to understand their desired look and offer expert recommendations.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations, tools, and salon areas to ensure a safe environment.
Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing client questions, and building lasting relationships.
Upsell retail products such as hair care items and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.




Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through continuous learning.

Experience
Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist with a strong portfolio of diverse hair styling skills.
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures within a salon environment.
Ability to upsell retail products tactfully while prioritizing client needs.
Prior experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00-$36.00 per hour
