Cinch Oilfield Hauling Ltd. is seeking a motivated and relationship driven Field Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships and creating current business opportunities. The successful candidate will spend much of their time connecting with current and prospective customers, visiting field locations and offices and ensuring our company is considered when trucking and transportation needs arise.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing customers
Actively pursue new customers and business prospects throughout the Grande Prairie and surrounding region
Conduct regular field and office visits with customers
Identify upcoming projects and transportation needs
Promote our services and capabilities to prospective customers
Follow up on leads, quotes and potential opportunities
Work closely with operations and dispatch to ensure customer needs can be effectively et
Maintain a strong understanding of the local oilfield, trucking market and competitor activity
Provide regular updates on sales activity, opportunities and customer feedback
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in oilfield trucking, transportation, oil & gas sales is preferred
Established relationships within the local oil & gas industry are considered a solid asset
Self-motivated and able to manage a busy schedule
Strong relationship-building and follow up skills
A Practical understanding of oilfield operations and customer expectations
Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
Comfortable travelling
