Responsibilities
Skillfully pick ripe apples from orchard trees, following proper harvesting techniques to prevent damage
Use picking bags to collect fruit efficiently and safely
Operate farm machinery like ladders and lightweight equipment to reach higher branches or transport harvested apples
Experience
Prior experience with horticulture or farming is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with farm machinery and power tools is advantageous
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when necessary
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions with physical stamina for long periods of active work
