Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in our products and services.
Utilize the CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of customer communications.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless transitions from lead generation to closing deals.
Participate in telemarketing campaigns to promote new products and services.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.




Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in any discipline
Secure job History
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Familiarity with CRM software platforms
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
Knowledge of market dynamics and trends related to our industry is a plus.
OMVIC certification an asset
