Fastfrate is hiring a Dispatcher to manage a high volume LTL and container operation. This is a fast paced role that requires urgency, decision making, and strong communication.
What you will do
Plan and dispatch daily pickups and deliveries
Manage driver routes to maximize efficiency and utilization
Communicate with drivers, warehouse, and customer service to keep freight moving
Adjust plans in real time based on volume and rail availability
Track performance and ensure service expectations are met
What we need
Dispatch experience in LTL, drayage, or high volume freight environment
Strong problem solving and ability to think on your feet
Clear and direct communication skills
Ability to manage pressure and make quick decisions
High level of accountability and ownership
