Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information in a friendly, professional manner
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and sales transactions
Manage cash register operations including balancing cash drawers, processing refunds, and handling returns with precision
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked




Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive attitude

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all new team members
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and balancing registers accurately
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and merchandising techniques is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in upselling or technical sales involving product demos or explaining features is beneficial but not mandatory
