Job Title: Afternoon Baker / Production Team Member

Location: 424 South Service Road, Grimsby, ON

Pay Rate: $17.60 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part time | Flexible Schedule

Job Description:

We are looking for a flexible, smart, and hard-working Afternoon Baker / Production Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong time management, space management, and teamwork skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Availability:
Must be available to work between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
7 days availability preferred
Flexible scheduling

Key Responsibilities:
Baking and food production
Unloading truck deliveries
Quick and efficient time management
Proper space and inventory management
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Teamwork and positive work attitude

Requirements & Skills:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Fast, flexible, and smart worker
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Good team player
Local candidates preferred

Preferred (Assets):
Food Handler Certificate
Previous baking or food service experience
Management or leadership experience is a plus
