We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Flooring Installer to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of commercial flooring materials, ensuring precision and quality in every project. Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and measuring to ensure proper installation of flooring materials.
Use hand tools such as saws, trowels, and drills to cut, shape, and secure flooring components accurately.
Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings to follow project specifications precisely.
Install various types of flooring including tiles, vinyl, laminate, or carpet in commercial settings.
Apply adhesives, caulking, and sealants to ensure a secure and qualified finish.




Perform carpentry tasks related to subfloor preparation or framing as needed for flooring installation.
Conduct quality checks throughout the process to ensure compliance with safety standards and client expectations.

Experience
Proven experience in flooring installation, tile laying, or related construction work.
Familiarity with hand tools and construction techniques used in commercial projects.
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately.
Prior handyman or carpentry experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge of caulking procedures and finishing techniques for a polished look.
Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
