Duties
Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks, adhering to safety standards
Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as touch Bistro POS to process orders, payments, and receipts efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and dining space, following food safety and handling protocols
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and giving correct change
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly with professionalism




Follow all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; experience in bartending or serving is highly valued
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or drink orders efficiently during busy hours
Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Hospitality mindset with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences
