We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
Create a safe and welcoming classroom workplace that encourages exploration and learning
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members
Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized assistance
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a collaborative community




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials
Follow all safety protocols and licensing regulations to ensure the well-being of all children

Requirements
Prior experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
Robust communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and team members
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
Certification in early childhood education or related field preferred but not required; relevant training or coursework is advantageous
Ability to pass background checks and adhere to all safety standards

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.53-$20.00 per hour
