Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Construction Foreman/woman to lead and oversee landscape construction projects from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone passionate about outdoor environments, with a strong background in construction, horticulture, and landscape maintenance. As a key leader on our team, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise crew members, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise landscape construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate project schedules, materials, and equipment to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
Oversee installation of features such as irrigation systems, planting beds, hardscapes, and other landscape elements.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
Conduct quality control inspections throughout each project phase to maintain high standards.




Provide mentorship and training to crew members in horticulture practices, construction techniques, and safety procedures.

Qualifications
Proven experience in landscape construction or related construction fields with supervisory responsibilities.
Robust knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening techniques, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Familiarity with construction processes including site preparation, hardscape installation, and planting.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
Valid driver’s license; relevant certifications in irrigation or horticulture are a plus.
Physical ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: $22.71-$40.00 per hour
