Engineering Manager – Applications, BI & AI - Job Description:
The Engineering Manager will lead technical teams in application development, business intelligence, and AI-enabled engineering practices. The role involves managing engineers and analysts, ensuring solution quality, and integrating AI into daily operations.

Engineering Manager – Applications, BI & AI - Responsibilities:
Directly manage application developers and BI analysts, including coaching and performance management.
Own technical architecture and design of applications and BI solutions.
Act as the primary technical escalation point while promoting team autonomy.
Ensure BI solutions are insight-driven and aligned with business needs.
Embed AI tools into development and analytics workflows.
Partner with PMO on delivery execution and translate business needs into technical solutions.

BI & AI - Mandatory Skills:
Solid skills in Imanage, Outlook, 0365, Azure, MS Teams, and Cisco VPN.
Excellent client-facing communication skills.
Strong background in application development and solution architecture.
Experience in delivering BI and analytics solutions.
Proven people leadership experience.
Experience with AI tools integration in workflows.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Engineering Manager – Applications, BI & AI – Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in a qualified services or law firm workplace.
Familiarity with MFA and end-user support.
Experience with SDLC efficiency improvement.
Knowledge of AI-assisted engineering practices.
Experience with local decision-making empowerment.
