Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information
Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services and enhance customer experience
Perform accurate data entry to update customer information and record interactions
Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers
Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of customer calls




Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish; multilingual proficiency is a plus
Robust analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Experience with upselling techniques and achieving sales targets
Proficiency in data entry and CRM software for maintaining customer records
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team workplace
