What You’ll Do:
Sell current and pre-owned vehicles in a fast-paced, high-traffic dealership
Handle walk-ins, phone, and digital leads
Work the full sales cycle from needs analysis to delivery
Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain CRM activity and follow-up for maximum conversion
Build repeat and referral business

What You Bring:
Valid OMVIC License & Driver’s License
3+ years of proven sales success (automotive preferred)
Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
High energy, competitive mindset, and strong work ethic
Ability to self-manage in a performance-driven setting
Comfort with CRM systems and digital leads

Compensation:
This is a 100% commission position
