Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Supervisor to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Duties
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and qualified manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food preparation or ingredients.
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Process payments accurately, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including resetting tables and ensuring utensils are stocked.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure guest safety.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals and efficient communication regarding orders.

Experience




Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required.
Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing guest checks effectively.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on guest services.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
