Duties
Deliver engaging one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to each student’s individual needs and learning style
Assess students’ academic strengths and areas for improvement to create customized lesson plans
Use effective teaching techniques to explain concepts clearly and motivate students to participate actively
Track student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents or guardians
Maintain a positive,



supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and confidence
Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure consistent support for student success
Prepare educational materials and resources that enhance learning experiences

Experience
Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or working with children is highly preferred
Classroom experience demonstrating ability to manage groups of students effectively
Solid communication skills to clearly convey concepts and foster understanding
Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals
Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs and learning styles
Experience working in diverse environments is a plus

Pay: $16.50-$20.00 per hour
