Marketing Coordinator
(Part-Time, 3 Days/Week; In-Office)

The Whistler Real Estate Company is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to manage all day-to-day corporate marketing initiatives and support our in-house team of 30+ Real Estate Agents.

Reporting directly to ownership, this role seeks someone highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable handling multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in elevating our brand presence while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across all marketing touchpoints.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate all corporate marketing initiatives
Plan and manage social media content across all platforms
Update and maintain website content, blogs, and listing platforms
Create and distribute email marketing campaigns and agent newsletter templates
Coordinate print and digital advertising schedules and deliverables
Coordinate marketing for events, sponsorships, and community initiatives
Create marketing deliverables, using approved design templates, as required




Prepare monthly and quarterly market reports using internal and external data
Support agents with listing marketing, onboarding, and branded materials
Ensure all marketing aligns with brand standards and regulatory requirements
Manage marketing assets, templates, and vendor relationships
Maintain marketing budget
Support overall marketing operations and special projects as needed

What You Bring
2–4 years of experience in marketing, real estate, or a related field
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional written communication
Robust use of Microsoft Office
Experience with social media platforms, email platforms, and CMS tools
Robust working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
