This is a hands-on role in a rapid-paced production environment, ideal for candidates seeking long-term, stable employment with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery to inject and assemble small automotive parts (armrests and door components).
Perform regular quality inspections to ensure parts meet production standards.
Accurately place components within a 30-second production cycle.
Maintain focus and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
Stand and work for the full 8-hour shift.
Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Adapt to changing production needs and workflows.





Requirements
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or injection moulding is preferred.
Experience in automotive or armrest production is an asset.
Ability to perform repetitive hand motions and manual tasks.
Robust attention to detail and quality.
Reliable, punctual, and motivated to work long-term.
Must be available for full-time work and both shift timings.
