Happy Kingdom Entertainment Centre in Nations Fresh Foods at St. Clair Ave West & Weston Road, Toronto has large, soft-play indoor playground, amusement game room , and party rooms targeting kids, youth and their families.

We are now recruiting Front Desk Operator in Full Time position with 5 work days in one week, and willing to work on weekends. Potential to be promoted to supervisor with good performance. Provide group benefits after 3 months probation period.

Job Duties :
Greet the customers
Provide relevant information to guests
Ensure that guests are aware of pricing , special events, and promotions
Explain the rules of indoor playground , game room, and party to customers
Handle and enforce waiver policies for indoor playground
Complete sale transactions and POS procedures for indoor playground
Complete sale transactions and game card transactions for game room
Ensure guests adhere to site and Health and Safety policies and procedures
Effectively handle and relay all guest inquires, questions, and concerns to the supervisors.




Deal with customers party inquiries and coordinate party reservations.
Help clients to book birthday parties.
Coordinate birthday party events.
Help to manage & restock party, playground, game room, and office supplies and inventory.
Help to manage playground , game room and party room cleaning & general maintenance.

Qualifications :
College / University or equivalent
Fluent in verbal and written English
Be adaptable to fit in business hours shifts
Willing to work on weekends
Valuable communication and customer service skills
MS Office Skills
Mandarin Language Preferred
Team Work, Accuracy and Responsible
Problem solving skills
Dependable and have a strong work ethic
Experiences in catering, amusement, or hospitality industry preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
