We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess solid customer service skills, a solid understanding of cannabis products, and the ability to provide an engaging and educational experience for our customers. This role involves assisting clients with product selection, managing transactions, and maintaining a welcoming setting. Duties
Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable cannabis products
Educate customers on product effects, usage, and safety guidelines
Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
Manage cash register operations, including cashiering and upselling products
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
Handle inventory management, including filing and stock replenishment
Assist with store merchandising, promotional displays, and cleanliness standards
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently




Support team leadership in maintaining compliance with all regulations and store policies
Engage in continuous learning about new products, industry trends, and company procedures

Qualifications
Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary (e.g., stocking shelves)
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and computer operation preferred
Ability to handle cash handling responsibly and accurately
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining professionalism
Prior experience or knowledge of cannabis products is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
