As a key member of our service department, you'll perform tire replacements, routine oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance with precision and enthusiasm. Responsibilities
Perform tire rotations, replacements, balancing, and repairs efficiently and accurately
Conduct oil changes using appropriate lubricants and filters, ensuring proper procedures are followed
Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues related to tires, brakes, suspension, and fluid levels
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks
Assist customers by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or repairs when appropriate
Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use




Support the sales team by providing knowledgeable input on recommended services and products

Qualifications
Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, tires, and basic maintenance procedures
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods as required by tire installation or vehicle maintenance tasks
Familiarity with automotive sales processes is a plus but not mandatory
High school diploma or equivalent; ongoing training or certification in automotive technology is advantageous
