Duties
Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and provide expert guidance on service options
Schedule appointments and manage service flow to ensure effective customer throughput
Assist customers with understanding repair estimates, upselling additional services or parts when appropriate
Collaborate with technicians and mechanics to relay customer needs and ensure timely vehicle repairs
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain detailed financial records
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service histories, and sales activities
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Requirements
Proven experience working in an automotive service setting is required
Solid mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to understand vehicle issues and communicate effectively with technicians
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and transparency
Experience with automotive repair processes and dealership operations is a plus
Competence in cash handling, payment processing, and basic administrative tasks
Knowledge of automotive parts, repairs, and maintenance procedures is desirable
All new hires must have a clean criminal background and driving abstract
Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
