C&C; Insurance is a busy, customer-focused brokerage that takes pride in providing exceptional service and attention to detail. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a full time Insurance Advisor to our team at our Burnaby location near North Road.
Job Information:
The candidate selected for this position will be carrying out work including, but not limited to the following:
Assisting with ICBC transactions and related duties such as batching, inventory management, and following up on renewals
Assisting with Personal Lines inquiries, renewals, and follow-ups (House, Condo, Tenant, and Travel Insurance)
Educating customers by providing the correct insurance product for their needs
Data entry, scanning, filing, and collating using our Applied Epic Software
Other miscellaneous administrative duties
Any other job-related tasks as required by management
This job-posting will be primarily based out of our Langley Location, but will give preference to flexibility to work out of our location in Burnaby.

Education
Secondary School
Must have a Level 1 Insurance License or be willing to obtain a level 1 license (we will provide all materials / reimburse examination and licensing costs subject to conditions)
Experience
Data entry
Customer service experience
Previous experience in the Insurance Industry with Applied Epic/Policycenter considered an asset
Previous experience in a quick-paced office environment
Language
Ability to communicate in Korean (Strongly Preferred)
Ability to communicate fluently in English
