Drive impactful support at the Navigation and Support Centre in Calgary. As a full time lead, you will oversee service delivery and enhance operational effectiveness. In this permanent full-time position, you will support the implementation of operational procedures and foster collaboration among service providers.

Your role emphasizes the importance of developing relationships, facilitating meetings, and monitoring site operations to optimize services for vulnerable Albertans. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational procedures
- Facilitate collaboration among partners and providers
- Onboard and train new staff in the Centre
- Monitor operations for safety and efficiency
- Represent the Centre at community planning meetings Requirements:
- University degree in Social Sciences or related field
- Four years of relevant experience in service delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with individuals facing complex social challenges
- Knowledge of Alberta Recovery Model and homeless services Utilize your leadership and systems thinking skills to support the Alberta Recovery Model at the Navigation and Support Centre.
