CSN Collision is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to design and deliver learning programs for licensees and corporate staff. You will develop eLearning modules end-to-end, administer the LMS, and monitor program effectiveness while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will assess needs, support change management, and share best practices in training design and delivery to drive continuous improvement across CSN’s learning initiatives.
