Your place in our story The Leasing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Minto’s Leasing and Revenue Management teams, ensuring a seamless experience for residents across our national portfolio. This position manages rental applications, renewals, and tenant inquiries with professionalism and accuracy—all while embracing a team-oriented, customer-focused approach.

Here’s How You’ll Contribute

Provide daily administrative assistance to the Leasing team

Review and audit rental applications portfolio-wide

Process rental applications and purchase orders as required





Act as primary contact for tenants regarding lease renewal options

Prepare and process legal documentation for renewals

Handle lease assignments across communities

Assist Senior Administrator with onboarding and training new team members

Maintain in-depth knowledge of Minto communities and offerings across Canada

High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred

Combination of education and experience will be considered

Background in leasing, administration, or customer service roles

Experience with Salesforce, Yardi, and Microsoft Office

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Knowledge of provincial tenancy laws

Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Organized and detail-oriented

Hiring pay range rate: $50,000-$55,000
