Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the main contact for prospective residents throughout leasing • Schedule and conduct apartment viewings and provide accurate information • Process rental applications,
including reference and credit checks • Prepare lease agreements and conduct move-in appointments • Maintain accurate leasing records in applicable systems
