Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and support to clinical staff
• Oversee integration of patient-centered care
• Facilitate education and professional development initiatives
• Monitor performance and ensure quality standards
• Act as a resource for clinical practice matters

Requirements:
• Current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing
• Master’s Degree completed or in progress
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
