Our client in professional services seeks a skilled Microsoft 365 and AI Solutions Engineer for an engaging role aimed at enhancing client technology environments. This position offers the opportunity to focus on deploying Microsoft Copilot, ensuring data security, and acting as a senior technical resource for complex issues. You will directly collaborate with client IT and security leaders to provide comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deploy Microsoft 365 environments securely
• Lead and manage Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments
• Assess and remediate security risks pre-Copilot deployment




• Implement Microsoft Purview features and policies
• Troubleshoot complex Level 3 and Level 4 issues

Requirements:
• Over 5 years of Microsoft 365 engineering experience
• Proven expertise with Entra ID, Intune, Teams, Exchange
• Robust skills in identity and access management practices
• Experience with Microsoft Purview and AI governance
• Two or more relevant Microsoft certifications required
