The Role We are seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our team on a contract basis. This is a hybrid position combining in-person work at our Victoria office with virtual care. The caseload blends psychological assessment with evidence-based treatment, and you will have meaningful input into the balance that best fits your skills and interests.
What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including clinical interviews, standardized testing, and integrated written reports
Provide evidence-based individual treatment for a range of presentations, including mood, anxiety, trauma-related, chronic pain, and adjustment concerns
Formulate diagnoses and treatment plans, and communicate findings clearly to clients and referral sources
Maintain timely,



accurate clinical documentation in keeping with professional, ethical, and privacy standards
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team and community partners to support coordinated care
What We're Looking For Doctoral degree in clinical or counselling psychology, or equivalent
Current registration in good standing as a Psychologist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC)
Demonstrated competence in both psychological assessment and treatment
Strong report-writing, diagnostic, and interpersonal communication skills
Commitment to ethical, culturally safe, and trauma-informed practice
Professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it
