You will oversee full-cycle accounting, payroll, compliance, budgeting, and cash management while mentoring a small accounting team. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle accounting and job costing for multiple entities
• Prepare year-end papers and coordinate with external partners
• Review payroll accuracy for BC and Alberta compliance




• Support management with financial reporting and budgeting
• Mentor accounting staff while managing daily priorities

Requirements:
• 5+ years in construction accounting or project-based environments
• Post-secondary education in Accounting; CPA preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and construction accounting software
• Highly organized with excellent judgment
• Effective communicator supporting team dynamics
