As the Reliability, Maintainability, Testability & Safety Manager, you will guide a team of six engineers and ensure effective system safety across all product lines. You will be the designated Safety Authority, balancing resource allocation, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives while embedding safety considerations throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the RMT&S; engineering team
• Manage functional capabilities and safety management system
• Oversee matrixed resource allocation across engineering programs




• Provide technical leadership for RMT&S; engineering activities
• Drive failure analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years in system safety and reliability engineering
• 5+ years in engineering leadership roles
• Expertise in safety standards like MIL-STD-882
• Solid knowledge in reliability prediction and safety regulations
