As a People Business Partner, you will report to the Director of People and provide strategic guidance across project and operational teams. Your leadership will be crucial in building strong relationships, navigating workforce challenges, and promoting a culture of accountability and inclusion throughout the transition to underground mining.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead People activities for the Red Chris Block Cave Project
• Provide strategic guidance on employee relations and workforce risks
• Manage workplace investigations, ensuring fair application of policies
• Develop proactive strategies for positive industrial relations outcomes
• Support talent acquisition and workforce planning for operational needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Significant HR leadership experience in large-scale projects
• Extensive knowledge in labour relations and performance management
• Strong abilities in conflict resolution and workforce analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
