We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor to join a busy machine shop environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, secure, and organized facility while assisting with general duties as required.
Job Tasks
Empty garbage containers on a regular basis
Keep all floors swept and free of debris
Clean aisle ways with the automated floor cleaner (experience preferred)
Ensure that employee washrooms are stocked with supplies and moped daily
Use cleaning supplies
Aid in any shipping and receiving functions.
Shift
4:00pm start (8 to10-hour shift depending on workload), Monday through Friday.
Requirements
Ability to work steady afternoons.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Able to work in a fast-paced setting along with standing for lengthy periods of time.
On-the-job training will be provided, WHMIS experience required.
Reliable transportation to/from work.
