This is a fixed-term, 12-month position based in Calgary or Vancouver. You will be instrumental in advising hiring managers through the recruitment process while implementing progressive talent sourcing strategies. Your focus will be on building a diverse candidate pool, while maintaining compliance throughout recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise hiring managers during recruitment phases
Attract and build talent pipelines from diverse channels
Ensure recruitment compliance with policies and agreements
Serve as a primary contact for hiring managers and candidates
Network at recruitment events to build the employer brand
Requirements:
Expertise in leading recruitment initiatives
Robust relational skills and client consultation
Advanced communication skills, both written and oral
Experience handling specialized recruitment tasks
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday
