ICAN Education is looking for qualified and enthusiastic English and French teachers to support students from JK to Grade 12.
Requirements:
Robust knowledge of the Ontario curriculum
Ability to teach English or French from elementary to high-school levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with children in a tutoring, classroom, or educational setting
Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt lessons to each student’s learning level
Patient, reliable, organized, and encouraging
Able to assess student needs, prepare lessons, and provide progress feedback
Teaching certification or an education-related degree is preferred but not required
Must be available during our operating hours
