Duties
Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and prevent issues before they arise
Assist with preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper handling of tools and materials
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference
Collaborate with vendors or contractors when specialized repairs or installations are required
Experience
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively using diagnostic tools or manual inspection
Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures related to maintenance work
Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks with team members and report on completed work
Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, operate power tools, and perform manual labor as needed
