Duties
Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly and answering their questions with enthusiasm
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions efficiently
Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity
Assist customers with product demos and explain features to enhance their purchasing experience
Support merchandising efforts by organizing products on shelves and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant items to increase sales prospects
Maintain organized checkout areas, manage queues effectively,



and ensure timely service during busy periods

Skills
Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred; familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual skills enhance customer interactions
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and giving correct change
Excellent customer service skills combined with phone etiquette for engaging in positive interactions
Organizational skills to keep the sales area tidy and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Time management abilities to prioritize duties during peak hours while maintaining quality service
Ability to perform product demos confidently and assist in merchandising efforts effectively
