Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
Sell products and services to meet individual and store sales goals
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Experience:
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
-Kinesiology/Athletic Experience a plus but not required
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service
Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial
Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
