Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Generalist to support a broad range of Human Resources functions. This role will oversee recruitment, timecard and attendance tracking, compliance, and HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and onboarding.
Provide support on performance management processes, including probation reviews, and goal setting.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal HR policies, and labor standards.
Support organizational change, workforce planning, and process improvements.
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations and provide HR advisory support to managers and staff.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of progressive HR experience is the minimum.




Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in Ontario.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion with sensitive matters.
Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
