Job Summary

Responsibilities

Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment workplace in compliance with health and safety standards
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and explain treatment procedures clearly
Stay informed about the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices




Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic productivity
Uphold professional ethics and confidentiality at all times, respecting client privacy

Skills
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and health conditions
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Explicit and confident communication skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration
Ability to assess client needs accurately and develop appropriate treatment plans
Flexibility to work part-time hours including evenings or weekends as needed
