Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while efficiently managing the bar area. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
Operate the Micros POS system for order processing and cash handling
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations in food handling practices
Manage inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as necessary
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly; perform basic math calculations for payments




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable
Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently

Qualifications
Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
