We are looking for a Sous Chef to join the La Palma team. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a quick-paced kitchen, and enjoy leading a team while delivering exceptional food and memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

WHO YOU ARE:
An experienced Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager who leads by example and takes pride in your craft
Strong knowledge of food cost, labor management, inventory, and waste control
Ability to train, mentor, and lead a team of cooks
A calm and confident approach to high-volume service with strong communication skills
A cooperative mindset and someone who fostering a positive team culture

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead kitchen operations by supervising line cooks, coordinating service, and ensuring food is prepared and plated to standard during each shift.
Manage inventory and kitchen costs by assisting with ordering, receiving, portion control, waste reduction, and inventory counts to support food cost targets.
Partner with the other leadership team to drive operational excellence, enhance the guest experience,



and continuously improve kitchen performance.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and food safety.
